Apple Fritter Bread

A quick bread, like a cross between a bread and a cake, is made using a basic fritter batter and baking in a standard loaf pan. Not a lot of fuss with this recipe and the results are delicious. Serve like a coffee cake or as a dessert, warmed and with a scoop of vanilla or cinnamon ice cream
