Chocolate Shell

Ice cream dipped or covered in a shell of chocolate was always a treat. Whether it is a scoop of ice cream or ice cream on a stick, or even a frozen ice cream cake, it all can be enhanced in a candied shell. Any packaged chip will work for this recipe. Adjust the amount of oil, more a thinner shell and less for thicker.
