Cream Cheese Frosting

The frosting is the perfect choice for create a frosting that can be used on any dessert. Excellent on carrot cake, cake donuts or simply eating a spoonful at a time :)

You can make ahead and store in the refrigerator, but it is important to bring to room temperature in order for the frosting to easily spread.

Makes about 3 cups.

Perfect for a 3 layer cake with 9-inch rounds so it should work easily for a 9x13 cake.
