Fajita Chicken Bake

Family style bake made with seasoned chicken, onions and peppers, covered with tortillas. Serve with Pico de Gallo, sour cream or a spicy fajita sauce.

Serves 10-12

For a smaller version, cut ingredients in half, using a 9 x 13 pan with 7" tortillas.
