Flour Noodles

Use these noodle in soup and broth heavy dishes that require a hearty noodle. This recipe is very specific about the feel of the dough. It is a dry dough. Avoid adding anymore water than specified unless the dough ball will not stick together. Use weighted measure of flour, if possible.
