Hunan Pork

Pork shoulder cut into strips and fried with fresh chilis and bell peppers in a spicy sauce. Control the heat by choosing the types of peppers to use. Traditionally made with chili peppers, but substituting bell and Anaheim peppers can cut the heat considerably.
