Marcia's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Baking with my mom brings back so many good memories. And of those memories, the baking of chocolate chip cookies is on the top. Warm and gooey chocolate cookies, especially when made with chopped walnuts are always a favorite. The recipe, as follows, will give you a light and crispy cookie. Use margarine and additional baking soda for a more cake like cookie.

This recipe works well for M&M cookies, butterscotch (scotchies) cookies or just with nuts.

Makes about 5 dozen cookies

Bake: 30 minutes
