Mini-Cheesecakes

A single serving dessert, baked cheesecake with the graham cracker crust and topped with fresh berries and a streusel crumble. Perfect for family get togethers and pot lucks. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container.

Make with fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc)

It's really important that the cream cheese, sour cream and eggs are at room temperature, otherwise you'll end up with a clumpy batter!
