Smoked Pulled Pork

Good things take time. Great things take more time. Pulled Pork is a great thing. I use an electric smoker but this would work for any kind of smoker. The time involved starts the night before when you trim and season the pork. The process then continues the next day and for most the day, so plan ahead. And with all the effort and time, what do you get? Delicious, tender pulled pork.
