Swedish Meatballs (Köttbullar)

Small meatballs, made from ground beef and pork, and seasoned with salt, pepper and allspice. Once cooked, a creamy graved is made from the pan drippings, beef stock and cream. Served with mashed potatoes and, for a traditional flavor, a cucumber salad and a side of lingonberry preserves.
