Tacos de Venado

Smoked venison backstraps and roast, cooked to medium rare and sliced thin make for a delicious protein for tacos. Served on flour tortillas with a mix of sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. Use a traditional taco sauce or try with an Avocado Crema.
