Turtle Cheesecake

Chocolate, caramel and pecans layered and topping a cheesecake with a wonderful Oreo cookie crust. You can use store bought caramel sauce or use the link in the recipe to make a wonderful, homemade, salted caramel sauce that works well for this recipe as well as delicious on cakes, pies, ice cream or for dipping apple slices
