Vinegar Sauce

A highly flavorful sauce that hails from the Philippines. Simple to make and delicious. Use as a baste for chicken, or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls (lumpia) or kwek-kwek, a Filipino street food favorite. Use serrano peppers, Thai chilis, or jalapeno depending on your heat preference.
